Exploratorium

"More. More. Dumpster. Dumpster."

While we were at the library, Sarah chatted with a couple whose twin boys were a bit younger than Nash. They suggested visiting the Exploratorium the next day.

They had all kinds of neat stuff at the Exploratorium. These pedalless bikes were a big hit with Nash. The blue one was his favorite.

The infant area had a cute foam saucer thing with a mirror behind it. Linc was in heaven with all the girls hitting on him.

Nash was pretty scared of the big slides and tunnels, but he clearly wanted to see what the big kids were up to. Mama went with him.

It wasn't much of a race, but it was sure fun to be a spectator!

"This is more my speed."
No wheels, just rocking.

Linc didn't love the water as much as Nash did, but we tried to get him interested.

Nash was clearly in his element. They had a pool for floating animals...

...but Nash's favorite was a water arc that changed directions when you stuck your hand into it. It also made a really satisfying splash of water everywhere.

They provided raincoats so as to not get so wet. What a great idea!

Unfortunately, even with a raincoat, two-year-olds can get soaked. Thankfully, they also provided a dryer.
