I picked some lettuce today. The flat stuff on the left is Iceberg. The curly stuff on the right is Grand Rapids. The Iceberg isn't like the stuff in the grocery store. It doesn't form a head, and it has more taste. The Grand Rapids is crunchy and has a rich earthy flavor.
